Administrative Director - Patient Safety & Quality

The administrative director is responsible forall aspects of operations management in the Patient Safety & QualityDepartment. The administrative directoris accountable for assuring integration of clinical quality improvement,deployment of data and information to support management and improvement ofclinical and support processes, and support (analytical and data) for physicianand nursing peer review. Collaborates with the risk manager to manage riskissues, support investigations and root cause analyses. Ensures regulatory and compliance readinessby providing oversight of coordinator position. Accountable for leading efforts and supporting the executive team increating and sustaining a safe & high quality environment for employees,patients and visitors.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
Master's Degree in health sciences, business, law or related field required
Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Minimum of 5 years of experience with leading quality, safety, risk management and/or process improvement in a healthcare environment
Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing health care data, developing areas of opportunity and leading improvement teams
Minimum of 5 years of experience with core measures and healthcare regulatory agencies (Joint Commission, CMS, CDC, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years of management experience required
